What’s this plant?

What’s this plant?

After the morning service on 1st August, Malcolm Haigh posed a question – what is this plant growing near the water tap next to the church tower? Nobody could remember seeing before so we assume it doesn’t flower every year.  Click the image for a larger version.

Garden Party

Many thanks for all who supported the Garden Party yesterday. We had a great day, with very pleasant weather again.

On the day we made about £1000 which was a very good effort.

Thank you to all who volunteered to help on stalls, set up on Friday evening and Saturday, and who helped to put everything away again.
